Scandinavian interiors' main principle is obviously simplicity. These interiors tend to feel minimalistic, yet warm, somehow.

One of my favorite parts of Scandinavian interiors is the balconies. The furniture in it is generally based on the use of ordinary elements, such as crates, old wooden boxes, or any other hand me down looking objects. And to add some color, there usually are beautiful plants, and sometimes some pillows and linens.
