It's incredible how adding a "kilim" anything; pillow, rug, or chair, gives the space a a sort of boho and cozy feeling.
I have always thought that kilim products come only from Morocco. But the fact is that they originate from Asia and the Balkan region as well, which explains the infinite number of color combinations and designs that exist.
Be it in a living room or a patio, kilim brings all the room together and gives it warmth.
There are also accessories ( mainly shoes and bags) containing kilim that you can find in Moroccan markets. I actually just purchased leather boots embellished with kilim a couple of days ago from Essaouira, Morocco.
